We operate a 30-day returns policy!

That means you have 30-days from the date you received your parcel to request a return.  See below for our full terms and conditions for returns.

Condition of your return

What You Need to Know

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if youchange your mind on purchases we are happy for you to return these for refund as long as they are in the same condition as they have been sent to you. 

This includes any packaging has to remain sealed and the item must remain in a re-sellable condition. 

Once your return request is received we will be in touch to confirm the return and with the full details of where to send your returns to. After we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email after inspecting your items and will detail the outcome of the return.

To ensure your return request is processed as soon as possible please include your order number, full name and reason for return and we will be in touch to confirm once your request has been processed. 

Returning Faulty Items

The Information You Need to Know

We aim to send out only the highest quality of products, but in an event that you receive a product that is faulty or defective, please send us an email and we will start the returns process. When emailing us, please include your order number, full name and the reasons/description of the faulty item.

Refunds for faulty items will be issued after the item is received by us and inspected. Once we receive your items and confirm refund, you will receive your refund within 5-10 working days. 

Returns postage for faulty items is free of charge and we will  be providing you with a pre-paid returns label via email. 

Returns Postage

After the returns request is accepted, we are happy to receive the return item via courier of your choice. However we ask that you pay for the postage costs. We advise that the proof of postage is obtained and that you keep it until you receive a confirmation that we received your returns. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive an exchange for product is to request a return and order items as a new order. 

However we do understand that you might prefer to return the item and wait for the replacement, so we are happy to reserve the item you want if it is in stock and dispatch it as soon as we receive your returns. 

The rules on returns for goods are still applicable as described above and the returns postage is to not covered unless the item is faulty. Please send us an email if you would like to exchange a product with you order number, full name, reason for exchange and the items you would like to exchange it to. 

Once we receive your request for exchange we will send you an email with the next steps and if we can reserve the item for you.
