Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of order placement.
For busy periods such as Christmas and Easter, the dispatch time may take longer due to higher number of orders.
Standard Shipping
Costs £1.95 and takes 2-4 working days from the dispatch date
Orders over £50 are posted free of charge.
We post all orders out via Every (formally Hermes), this way the parcels trackable and the risk for orders getting lost is smaller. Once dispatched the standard delivery time is between 2 and 4 working days for it to be delivered.
Custom Shipping
Wish for the parcel to be sent via different courier? No Problem!
We always want to ensure our customers are happy and if you would like us to use a different courier to deliver your parcel all you have to do is ask! Just get in touch with us regarding your order and we will get this arranged for you. However, all special requests may incur additional postage charges of which we will inform individually prior order confirmation.
